I'm guessing this would be best suited if you have to pack your collection up?

And while you're here ... we have a couple of members who like to live in the past and are a bit unsure about modern times (I'm surprised they can get on the internet without thinking it was a demon sent to steal their souls) ... could you explain why you chose to go with Kickstarter and not more "traditional" (i.e. having your own money ... apparently that's what you had to do back in the dark days) route?

Hey there. Thanks for getting back to us. We’ve have seen our share of folks that have been wary of Kickstarter as well, so yes we can confirm the sentiment. We think it was due in part to the early days of Kickstarter which resulted in many not being able to produce the item promised. We can say that kickstarter has become far more stringent on design projects to make sure that producers deliver...which is a good thing for everyone. We have chosen the Kickstarter route mainly to gauge interest in our product, find the price points people favor, and to get very real feedback from potential customers. We have invested thousands of dollars to develop this product and kickstarter allows us to make refinements before making costly miss steps with regards to design, supply and as we mentioned demand. It also allows us to do a first run at a volume discount which helps us secure the best possible price vs doing a run of more expensive smaller quantities.
We are huge Transformers fans and collect G1, Classics and MP lines and developing a universal action figure foam storage solution, particularly for Transformers, is the holy grail for us. Our first production run samples have shown us that these action figure foam trays make for a great display option as well.

Please let me know if you want to know more, we would love to connect.

Thanks,
-dx (Jason)

I take it you're a gamer? These are very reminiscent of the foam for figure cases.

What's the dimensions on these? Wondering if they'd fit Battlefoam/KR/Sabol/etc. cases.

Hey there. No we’re not war gamers but we have seen those foam trays. They are a bit too spongy and light for bots which really need a much more robust foam, like ours!

Plus ours are pre cut. We will be sharing more details specific to the Transformers lines in the coming months. Please like and follow us.

Thanks

There's pre-cut, stronger foam available for minis, too, including custom laser cut stuff from Battle Foam. ;)

I'm definitely keep tabs on this, though.
