I'm not sure how widespread the sale is, but I figure it might be worth mentioning here. The Walgreens near me has the Halo5 5" figures on clearance for $3.50. I grabbed a Master Chief for the sake of nostalgia since he looks pretty close to his appearance in Halo and Halo 2(the only ones I've played). Almost grabbed the rest because they were so cheap, but held off since I was hunting for Titans Returns figures.

The McFarlane Halo figures started getting real bad towards the end, I honestly wouldn't even buy those for that cheap. I'm guessing you're talking about the Halo 2 Anniversary Master Chief which is the better one out of that wave, only because the Halo 5 preview Master Chief is one of the worst figures I've ever had. But you should totally play the other Halo games sometime if you get the chance! Halo 3 has a kick-ass campaign that wraps up the original trilogy and ODST is one of the most atmospheric experiences I've ever played. Reach is pretty good too. 4 is ehh... and 5 has great level design with a poorly written story.

Hmm, that's a bummer. Oh well, I'll either keep it in the packaging(something I rarely do haha) or toss it on ebay at some point. Glad I only bought the one now.

I liked the Halo games a lot but I just didn't keep up with xbox. Campaigns were fun and online play in 2 was one of the games I was genuinely great at. I'd definitely play the rest if given the chance.
