Very late with this one, but they are the only things on my desk right now. I got some retro goodness from a friend for Christmas. The original Storm Toad Trooper. The stance of the feet and legs are both very strange and yet frog-like. Also really cool. It spurred me on to place my original Toad Air Marshall front and centre of his army.

I didn't want to pay over the odds for a figure and something less effective than a happy meal toy so I waited on this and Amazon (the company that doesn't sell us their exclusives) came through.

Currently $32.99 ($37.99 MSRP) on BigBadToyStore. A pre-order with a July release date. The site itself being the only thing keeping me at bay, for now.

While out on my Transformer hunt, I found a couple Black Series troopers that I've been wanting. Nice little set up around Vader now. I'd like to have several of each trooper and have a little squad going, so I'll probably pick up some more soon. These are all really nice figures at a great price point.

I have a couple of potential lines (and one-offs) to collect in the pre-order pipeline. Some I've been waiting for so long now, I opted to cut my losses instead. GI Joe Classified was the first. I ordered Supreme Cobra Commander, when he popped up. At the time, I was going to fill out the Destro and CC variants. Two for Destro and currently three for CC. Four of the others I had on pre-order and one of the CC redecos I was attempting to source. That was earlier last year.

Delays due to pandemic.. yada, yada, yada

The problem is they are simply left as "sold out" pre-orders online with 'delayed' as their release window. Being kept in the dark, retailers and customers, is the bit I ultimately took issue with. Hasbro is still supposed to be the number one toymaker in the world. If it were based on their marketing ability, they definitely wouldn't be. I'll eBay Supreme CC at some point soon, I guess.

The next culled was a Mezco 1:12 Conan. A pre-order from last January. Only in recent weeks given a vague new "2021" release window. Pass.

Then came the Shredders. I have Movie Shredder and Super Shredder. I think I'll end the variant collection there. The secondary market valuations on TMNT stuff are delusional.

I might even start buying stuff soon...

Also, hell yeah, MOTU! I don't plan to collect the series, but I did got 4 figures. I'll share them when I'll finally open the last box of my recent hauls onslaught.

I must get around to finishing my He-Man: NA Classics Space Mutants collection soon. I think I only have three left then I'm done. Meanwhile I did get some Storm Collectibles Mortal Kombat stuff in recently. Plus a dispatch on the first wave of Defenders of the Earth, due Tuesday. Pics coming soon...

Thanks to a sale at Toys R Us last weekend, and to the previous BBTS haul, I got myself 3 guys and their rides!



First, Heavy Metal Batman with his SICK bike. Not the best articulated figure in the world, but one of the best looking!



That's the Mc Farlane magic at work.





Next are my first Masters of the Universe figures ever. Those are the "vintage looking" with modernized articulations. Those are no Revoltech but it get the job done. He-Man and Skeletor are both derpy and cool looking at the same time. I love it!

I also cut out the art from the boxes.





The cats are simply adorable, but not worth their full price. Thank God for the sale!
This make for a pretty cool display.

Haven't been buying any of the new G.I.Joe figures, but I found a FANG at Walmart on clearance for $12 (regularly $25). It's like buying the figure and getting the helicopter for free!

Scored some Bad Batch and some Disney+ Marvel guys

Joytoy figures! The 04th Legion Stina (the human), the X12 Attack-Support Robot Trajectory Type (The spider drone), and the X-HLA01 Hurricane Light Assault Dual Mode Mech (The big robot)! These all arrived last night. Canada post smashed the packaging, but the figures were undamaged!

Finally got my figma Fate/Grand Order Mordred (Rider ver.) exclusive from Goodsmile Shop US. She was released in MARCH in the Japanese store, but it took this long for the US store to finally get her in after multiple delays.

And no, I didn't buy her because of the bikini, I bought her because she's a Fate figma and I've got nearly all of them, this is number 47 (out of 50 released).

I'm not into Figmas because they are expensive and I collect too many things already. But I do know that buying that Figma "just for the Bikini" is a perfectly legitimate reason because the parts are made to be swapped like Lego to make all kind of crazy stuff.

Not only from Twitter, but from The Mandalorian as well, down to all of her Hasbro toys!

So when I saw her Kenner Retro figure at E.B. Games, I just had to pick her up.



That's my first SW toy ever, not counting the Transformers X-Overs from years back.
She shall remain sealed and will be hanged on the wall.
