But the Dark Star Saber, along with Megatron's Prime arm, was caught and destroyed by the explosion when Optimus destroyed the Omega Lock in "Darkest Hour".

I dunno: the Tales of the Beast Hunters seems to take place after the end of Beast Hunters, or may even suggest a micro-continuity.

A micro-continuity in the Aligned timeline? Well, scrap, Hasbro, go ahead and explain how that all ties in.
But that's to be expected... it's just a story to support the toyline, rather than a show or novel or comic or video game. Because there aren't any contradictions between those either.
Okay, enough ranting about that...
...for today.

Is the TV Movie thing on top of Episode 13, or is it just Episodes 10-13 combined?
Up until now, there hasn't ever been any real indication in the show that the Predacon is a Transformer. It hasn't even been called "Predaking" yet.hinomars19 wrote:I dunno about the rest of you, but I wouldn't be shocked by a transformer that transformed

All the show has ever shown us about this creature is that it's the clone of an ancient Cybertronian dragon-like species and has shown hints of having a bit of a higher intelligence than it's let on to have.
Tell me truthfully, if it were not for the existence of the toys of Predaking and the other Predacons, would you truly believe from the first moment we see the beast that it were a Transformers and not just another breed of Cybertronian wildlife?
Metrosuplex wrote:Prime is easily one of my fave TF shows, if not THE fave TF show. It's a LOT better than G1 in a lot of ways, and the writing is waaaaaaay above that of BW.
That said, I'm equally bummed to see the show end so soon (before its... PRIME?! )... but I'm even more concerned about the follow up. How the hell do you follow up PRIME????
I'd really like for Hasbro to consider a CG Prime MOVIE in theaters. It'd be nice to vote with my wallet and say, "Hey, thanks for Michael Bay and all, but... ehhh, PRIME IS BETTER."
Yweggo wrote:I mean we all know(from the toyline) that he can transform, but do Megatron, Shockwave and the other characters on the show know that he is?
ILL-Star wrote:How they would compete with Prime was a question concerning me too. I could swear that they said the same makers of Prime would be doing the next show as well. But that's if I heard right.
It's not that they're cutting the show short, rather, it's that 65 episodes was their desired goal for this show since before its creation. That it's ending at episode 65 is merely a sign of them making their dreams for the series a reality, coming to fully meet their long term goal after all.Metrosuplex wrote:ILL-Star wrote:How they would compete with Prime was a question concerning me too. That strikes me as odd. Why would the current staff end a popular show and start a new one? It's a pretty big gamble, unless one believes you can catch lightning in a bottle more than once...
Or the Prime show isn't as successful as we think? I don't really know the Nielson ratings or whatnot for the program.
