Your story line be?

Animate the Marvel G1/G2 comics but flesh out scenes to give some of the characters more 'character'. Similar to the Ninja Turtles toon of recent years. Flashback epidodes that borrow heavily from War Within.

Upon reaching the conclusion of the G2 storyline, expand on the whole Cybertronian colony idea. Have Megatron and the Deceps return to the ways of conquest and attempt to overthrow the Liege Maximo, since Megatron would see the Cybertronian Empire as the realisation of his dreams.
Prime and the Autobots travel from colony to colony, invoking Autobot descendants to revolt. Various Megatrons such as RID and Armada are Cybertronian Viceroys. Basically get as many of the newer line characters into the old G1/G2 storyline without being alternate reality spawned.

The Predacons and Energon Scorponok led Terrorcons are offshoots/ breakaways of the Cybertronian Empire thereby creating mulitple factions not just Autobots and Decepticons. Also, Maximals, Omni-cons and Mini-cons are more race offshoots that eventually ally with the Autobots.

What characters would u use for the first episode?

All those that appeared in the original comics but bulk up the Decepticon ranks with an army of seeker drones, Reflector and Soundblaster. If the seeker drone army seems over the top, I don't think it's out of character for Megatron to go overkill and have them swarm aboard the Ark.

Welker and Cullen or possibly Ian Mc Diarmuid as Megatron


Who would voice ur other star charcters?

As much of the original cast as possible. Thunderwing would be voiced by the guy who voiced Destro in the old GI Joe cartoon while Scorponok would be voiced by Welker using his 'Dr. Claw' voice.

Since this is speculatory, the guys who did the PS2 cut scenes for the Armada game

Your story line be?

Some variation of Transtech that weaves in elements of Universe, set shortly after the end of Beast Machines (enabling it to pay nod to G1 without being an exact copy ). The basic premise would have a sort of Robin Hood/King Richard vibe to it, and be much lighter and more fun than Beast Machines was (at least in comparison to BM): Optimus Prime returns to Cybertron to lead the ousted Maximals in rebellion against a Council which is attempting to take advantage of post-Reformatting confusion and is also corrupted by shadowy but familiar figures. In a twist on Beast Wars, it's the Vehicons who pursue the Maximals to Earth, as Prime and Co. - facing a human populace that is no longer as welcoming as they were back in 1984 - pursue the clues to a mystery that could hold Cybertron's fate and finally unravel the dark plans that were set into motion when the Quintessons hacked into the Oracle during the Battle for the Sparks...

What charcters would u use for the first episode?

Pretty much the entire Transtech cast, except for Beast Megatron (whose resurrection I haven't figured out yet), Immorticon (who shows up by the end of the first multi-parter) and Primal, who would probably show up at some point later on - and maybe a few G1 cameos, mostly in flashback (except perhaps for some "Obi-Wan" type appearances by Alpha Trion)

Kaye and Cullen, if possible, since it'd be the same characters.

Whoever played them in G1/BW/BM, if at all possible. With Latta gone I'd probably go with either Adler or Kenny for 'Screamer.

Mainframe CGI all the way.

And what else would u have in it?

Whoever is necessary for the story. Possibly Marissa Fairborne's great-great-great-grandson/daughter, who wouldn't be an Autobot/Maximal fan by any means.

My storyline: My take on Transformers would be a little different. Oh, I would have vehicular Autobots and Decepticons, and they would be fighting on Earth, along with Optimus and Megatron, but other than that, it would be completely new. Tens of thousands of years ago, a corrupt Council of Elders stripped Optimus Prime of his title of Matrix bearer and his position as leader of the Autobots and exiled him to a backwater world known as Earth. As the only sentient being on Earth, Optimus would have quite a bit of time to brood on his exile, how the Elders slandered his good name, ensuring that the Autobots would cheer for his exile. Bitter, lonely, and enraged at the Elders' blatant power play, Optimus would stew for millenia, until the Decepticons, having defeated the Autobots on Cybertron, came to Earth in search of new energy sources. Optimus, now disguised as a semi-trailer truck, decides to fight a one-man war against the Decepticons, hoping to prevent what happened to Cybertron from happening to Earth. Meanwhile, the remaining Autobots, scattered throughout the cosmos, are broken and beaten. It would take a true leader (cough*Optimus*cough) to reunite them into an army.

Voice Actors:

Optimus would be voiced by Neil Kaplan in the only homage to the R.I.D. series, while Megatron would be voiced by Hugo Weaving (Unlikely, I know, but he rocked in the movie.).

As for the others, I would bring in veteran Transformers VAs and people who have never done Transformers, primarily from studios like Funimation.

Animation Style:

My animation style would be similar to Bruce Timm's work on Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Out of all the non-CG animation styles I've seen recently, that one is definitely the best.

Miscellaneous:

Optimus will be similar to Movie Optimus Prime in fighting style: a strong lover of freedom, and perfectly capable of decapitating a 'Con for it. He will have a body count.

Second, melee combat will gain a bigger emphasis. In addition, the Matrix will have a bigger impact. One way is that anybody who wore it would be like a super-soldier, somebody who was stronger, faster and more durable than the average bot (that doesn't mean that Optimus will have it easy; as a rule, most Decepticons are bigger and stronger than non-Prime Autobots).

There will be deaths in my continuity: quite a few, in fact.

Unlike the AEC Trilogy's theme (teamwork), my series's theme will boil down to the following: "There comes a time when you must stand against evil, even when you are the only one able to do so."

I'd have to set mine in the year 2015 of the G-1 universe but some things are different, the movie never happened nor did season 3. "the battle" occured but on cybertron and some autobots and decepticons were lost yes....

Autobots who died in the war are Huffer, Blue Streak, Blurr, Windcharger, Gears, Brawn, Wheelie (AMEN), Alpha Trion, Omega Supreme, Powerglide, Warpath, Grapple, Hoist, Red Alert and Smokescreen

Decepticons: Starscream was thought to be dead as his smoltering and badly damaged body was last seen whirling through space but later found and repaired by a villian even darker than Megatron known only as Liege. Now for decepticons who died in battle, Reflector, KickBack, BombShell, Dirge, Motormaster, Slugslinger, Six Shot, Drag Strip, Scavenger, Bone Crusher, Thundercracker, Runabout, Frenzy, ratbat, and Shockwave.

Now after the war the decepticons and Megatron escaped and flew off on Astrotrain somewhere while Megs was badly damaged and because of that Prime lead a group (Prime, Bumblebee and Sam, Sunstreaker, Hound, WheelJack, Slag, Sludge, Snarl on board sky lynx to find Megs and keep him from plotting ever again. But something went wrong and their signal was lost far far out into space.......its been 2 years since that day.

An incident involving a few decepticons garners Ultra Magnus' supsicions and sends a group in search of Megs and to rescue/ discover Optimus and company. The story centers around Grimlock who leads Swoop, Prowl, Hot Rod, Springer, Arcee, Ironhide and Jazz along with 3 humans, an 24 year old character who is friends with sam and hot rod to him is what bumblebee is to sam. (and sam will be Spike's son and Spike and Sparkplug were killed by Starscream. The other two are military guys a lot like the Special ops two from the MOVIE.

They followed skylynx's signature trail to a gigantic planet the size of Saturn which strangely supports life and as they approach a beam nails the ship and forces it to crash land on the large planet. When they awake, they are immediately attacked by a force of decepticons under Liege's rule and thats as far as I've gotten.


I would use the G-1 style animation but beef it up, drawn more realistic and more like the comics like War Within look.

I'd use many of the same VA's..... Cullen , Welker and some new guys who dub for anime companies like ADV and Funimation.

Every episode would mean something.....even if it looks like a filler episode now, it would eventually lead to the season finale or help lead to the series finale. I like my stories having a purpose you know? A large part of the first 2 seasons would be the Autobots finding out that scattered on this planet are camps imprisoning cybertonian like beings and many other beings humanoid or such. They become rebels on a planet trying to free its citizens and find Optimus Prime. Planet is so huge that it has several sectors ruled by subordinates to the Liege such as Bludgeon, Jiahxus(sp) Scorponok, and Megatron, who you know is plotting to overthrow and take over.

Well, The story would be kinda set in the future, around 2011. It would Kinda be same as RID or Armada, humans and all. But the story is taken very very seriously and its quite dark like Beast Machines.

Alot of war, a Prime vs Megs big fight and several other fist fights and laser fights and what not. A dark and serious tone, and finally, A score composed by Vince Dicola ^_^

My Own TF series, and possibly expect it some time in the near future

a G1 based idea? I like my beast universe idea better but would go with my G1 idea here as it is on topic.

What would Your story line be?

For me it would be loosely G1 based but not really fit into any pre-existing g1 continuity. It starts out as the usual plot of good autobots able to make fuel, evil decepticons waging wars and stealing fual. But when the decepticons destroy the autobot energon production both sides are left desperate for fuel. Then they discover in the himalayas another crash side that has become the hidden base for the illuminated. A group of transformers with rural vehical modes (farm vehicals, logging vehicals, etc.) who live an odd religious existance based on honing your sparks inner power. They also have found a way to harvest trace amounts of energon through biological means, harvesting plants that pick up and store energon left over from the ancient BW days. They want nothing to do with either the autobots or decepticons, both of whom try and prove to them (even forcefully at times) they are the best for getting the energon. And the more desperate and forceful they get the less the illuminated want to deal with them and the more provoked they get? Who will the illuminated side with? Will it be a three sided war? NOTE: Some characters are intentionally chosen to make it seem shades of grey.

AUTOBOTS: Optimus Prime, Slingshot, Grimlock (a particularly violent and savage version), Nightbeat (as a police car), Chopper (new character, a tough yet slightly crazy biker type who becomes a motorcycle), Silencer (a mini bot whose alt mode is Choppers side car, but can also become a small vehical as a third form, he is silent (doesn't even speak), excells in hand to hand combat, and uses energon knives), and Focus (a new character who fills a role someplace between rachet and wheeljack as both scientist and medic)

DECEPTICONS: Megatron (now a bomber, filling the dual role of leader and air commander with Thundercracker and Exactor as his new second and third in command), Thundercracker, Dead End, Swindle, star scream (only with less influence over the others as they are unwilling to follow him or trust him now), Octane, Exactor (a new character, soundwave like but more independant and less loyal in indirectways (he may not rebel, but would never report others for rebelling andmay even cover it up for them), a hacker and scientist type)

ILLUMINATED: Combinor (leader, becomes a farm combine harvester, able to merge his spark and form with others temporarilly for a power boost), Long Arm (logging truck with the claw on the back, deals with defense), offroad (logging skidder, deals with relations with outsiders), and 5 others i have yet to think up.

Kaye and Cullen (sorry Welker fans, the ONLY g1 decepticon with a screechy voice should be starscream).

Starscream should be a latta sound alike. As for the others I am not sure.

And what else would u have in it?

Not much I didn't go into already, except more shades of grey. With starscream no longer in favor alot of the decepticons (thundercracker, dead end, swindle, octane, exactor) are vocally voicing complaints withand even rebelling against megatrons ways. Meanwhile with the autobots grimlock is often short tempered and blindly destructive, slingshot envies the decepticons and hates humans, Silencer is lethal and almost an assassin at times, chopper can be harsh. The illuminated will see all of this and will see both sides in more shades of grey than the viewers of g1 did.the autobots are mostly good, the decepticons are mostly bad, but the lines are far more blurred now.

It'd be G1 continued, only with an explanation as to what the hell happened to the characters from Season 2.

I would make it like action and the Transformers would be the size of action figures.

Here's what I got in mind for my version of TF:
- First, I would use G1 as a basis, with the whole Evergon crisis thng. But with serious consequences. I want to see what kind of trouble the Cons can cook up when they get their hands on a working nuclear reactor.(And none of that cheap cop-out"we don't know how to work this thing" crap like they did in the G! Marvel comic.)
- Second, no mass-shifting. Non-vehicle modes are okay (Dinobots!Insecticons!) but there's got to be a reason.
- Character lineup will consist of mostly G1; characters from the other TF franchises that are unique (and not just name re-uses or re-issues) can be added to pad the roster if necessary. Imagine SideBurn/Speedbreaker from RID hanging with the other Autobot cars, etc.
- Keep TFs nice and out of sight. The whole "robots in disguise" thing. The general public is kept in the dark as much as possible, the government is keeping thing hush-hush while they sort out who to shoot at...or whether they should just frag them all.
- Keep human "mascots" to a small number...and make them useful, or at least not annoying, damnit.
- Straighten out the backstory/history of the TFs (who made who, etc.) before even daring to touch stuff like adventures in outer space, or Unicron.
Hmm...that's all I gots off the top of my mind for now...I'll add more later on when I remember the rest...right now I'm up way too late to think straight anymore....
