For those unaware, this is part of the Titans Return Crossover but also serves as an independent MTMTE story featuring lost lighters we have not seen in a while like Red Alert and Fortress Maximus.

And Prowl is not dead, no way. That would be a boring exit for his character

Hoping that some of the appearances in Panel 1 - Bumblebee, First Aid and Ironfist - are indicators of Red Alert's current mental state.

I was thinking the same. Clues that things aren't right in the head, like Swerve's speech

So, Prowl clearly isn't dead. Cerebros should know that, being a doctor, which means he's playing Sentinel for some reason. Red Alert is the one that shot Prowl, which either means he's a bad shot, or he's in on it. And, given the focus on him this issue, and the fact that he noticed something last issue, he is probably the creator of said plan.

It turns out that millennia of paranoia have made Red Alert the greatest tactical genius in history. He is prepared for anything.

Devil's advocate: TFs can survive an awful lot. I was more surprised by cerebros claiming prowl as dead. Didn't consider that at all from one shot.

Wasn't there supposed to be a wrap up issue for the lost light crew before the new ongoing?

So far, I haven't been very enthused with titans return. It seems like a pretty one note chapter, and the non linear release schedule combined with the interruption of MTMTE is driving me up a wall.

Nope. This is the last issue, aside from the Revolution one-shot in November with THE SCAVENGERS.

We won't know what happened to Team Rodimus until Lost Light launches in December.

I agree it doesn't but it's more than meets the eye and James Roberts. If two transformers stand within 5 miles from another tumblr starts their slash fic/art.

I'm sure Sarah pitre Durocher is already taking a break from her current tailgate/cyclonus make out art to start her Prowl/Cerebros collection.

Yes, but that's a single shot from Megatron. It's not the same as a single shot from anyone else.

Wrong Prowl was not killed by Megatron in the movie it was Scavenger who killed him.

still was not a wise tatical descision

I doubt anyone can really kill Prowl in this continuity. There are plenty of times when he's deserved it though.
