IDW Revolution Aw Yeah! Discussion Thread

To kickoff the new IDW series: Revolution Aw Yeah! We bring you the preview below. Written and Drawn by Art Baltazar, it will feature Baron Karza and his plans to cause some chaos for Optimus Prime. ROM will be included in his own story in this issue on his search for the Dire Wraiths. G.I. Joe and the Mirconauts will be making a guest appearance too!

This issue has a suggested price of 3.99 USD and will be released on April 5th, 2017. Be on the look out for the variant covers!

Not sure if this is comically stupid, or just stupid. I mean, I know what they were going for, but I just can't tell if it works.
Still, not gonna judge yet, wanna see more first. :POPCORN:

I think the art reminds me of some of those Nick cartoons from my early teens - Billy and Mandy, Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom ect. I think this is more of a fun/funny comic for mostly younger fans but I don't see why it couldn't be entertaining. If it's not my cup of tea, there are plenty of other Transformers comics and other series to entertain me.

Not in continuity with IDW's official Hasbro universe and only loosely based on that continuity's Revolution crossover, this nonetheless offers all the craziness and action you'd expect from such a premise.
