What was your favorite opening theme???

Season1 ,2, The movie, 3-4, Beast Wars, Beast Machines.

My favorite would probally be season two. I love that version of the song and the video behind it was put together very well in my opinion. The Movie would be a close second.

I'll agree that the Season 2 of G1 is the best G1 opener, but of all of them my favorite is Season 3 BW.

It works almost perfectly with the clips and the music.

P.S.: Season 4 opener of G1 just reinforces that one flaw of G1 that there are too many characters.

G1 season 2 opening is the best in Transformers history, but I thought Beast Wars season 2 was the best opener for it.

For G1 I loved second season. It was better IMO. I loved the BW season 3 opening. It was longer & had better footage. (Especially Prime being reactivated & Rattrap bursting through the Transwarp cruiser) BM was okay, but I enjoyed the music inside the show itself a lot more. Like the chase music for instance...............

Of the original series, probably S2, although I like the S3 music as well. BW S3's opener is great too. However, my overall favourite TF intro theme may be the Victory opening creds. If you can source the full extended version, it's well worth listening to.

Yeah it had the best background music of any Transformers series. I liked the show a little, but I will never accept it as the Beast wars true future.

G1 season 2 opening is the best in Transformers history, but I thought Beast Wars season 2 was the best opener for it.

Here's the thing, imo, with the BW S2 opener: the first half is killer with the Planet Buster and the pod exploding and the surge altering them, but then it is boring with them just showing the characters like it is a photo shoot or something. The BW S3 opener is better, imo, because it has actual action and kick-a$$ scenes.

For classic value... G1 season 1 but a close second is G1 season 4. I love it since it features bots not even shown in the show

RID and Armada had very catchy intro tunes

Cybertron's 'evangelist' theme had to be the worst theme tune ever!!!

Visually, G1 season 1 and RID had the coolest intros

I'll jump on the Phat Planet bandwagon, definitely cool... other than that I'm kinda groovin to Headmasters, and the two Galaxy Force openers.

If you pay attention close enough to TF Victory in the beggining of the intro, there is a nice homage to G1 in there. Actually, I love all 3 season openers for G1, But I like the second intro for TF Masterforce because of the animation fight scene between God Ginrai and Overlord.
