Greetings Seibertronians! Fellow Seibertron user, futurevoiceactor, has dropped us a line to tell us about a special video he's uploaded to YouTube. In this video,he interviews Michael Bell, who Transformers fans will remember as the voices of Prowl and Sideswipe (and more!) in the original G1 Transformers cartoon! Outside of Transformers he's appeared in many other cartoons and video games (such as appearing as Raziel in the Legacy of Kain series).

The interviewer has already conducted interviews with the voice of Grimlock and Skyfire (from the G1 cartoon) and the colourist from IDW'S Regen One, John Paul Bove. Check out their YouTube Channel here

We have embedded the interviews below for your convenience:

I remember him mostly as the voice of Duke from G.I.Joe.

Me too, and that was one of his best voices. His Prowl and Duke were exactly identical.

To me, Michael will always be Raziel. Legacy of Kain was one of the best stories ever told, and it's a crying shame Square has let it die like this.

Same, Raziel is always my first thought when I hear Michael Bell.

I’m actually surprised Square Enix hasn’t attempted a reboot of some sort by this point. Dead Sun doesn’t really count since it never saw the light of day, and the less said about Nosgoth, the better.

Honestly, if it's not Final Fantasy related, Square doesn't really know what to do with it. Just look at their Avengers game. I think LoK died when they bought up Eidos.

:RUBSIGN: I boycotted watching the War for Cybertron trilogy when I found out that Netflix did not bother to reach out to Michael Bell, Frank Welker, and Peter Cullen. Cyberverse I can understand, but we wouldn't have these characters today if it weren't for the original cast. It's an unwritten rule that you do not replace a voice actor who has done a character for so long.

Also, I'm thankful to everyone who has been watching it. I'll post the Gregg Berger interview and the John-Paul Bove interview on here but you can find them on my channel.

My biggest goal is to interview Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, and Jim Cummings. Please like and subscribe. Thank you, my fellow Cybertronians.
