The comic itself is called Transformers Worst Bot Ever: Meet Ballpoint and it's written by Brian “Smitty” Smith (Pea, Bee, and Jay) and artist Marz Jr. (the Void Rivals cover artist). This will be released as a 96 page graphic novel on July 9 of this year. It's written for kids ages 8-12:
