Where are all those stasis pods coming from and why do they keep sending them? What are they?Metal glop, and spark. Why are they always females? Don't why they are females since they don't reproduce and there are only there to fight. It would be better if whoever was sending them to sent male sparks if that was determines the gender of the warrior?

Well, nobody is sending the stasis pods. They were ejected from the Axalon before they crashed in the first episode. They remain in orbit until eventually their orbits degrade and fall planetside. If you haven't seen the first episode, I suggest watching it. Later, all the stasis pods were knocked out of orbit when the alien planet buster activated during the Season 1 finale.
Second, they're not always female. Tigatron and Inferno are both male, as well as Silverbolt and Quickstrike.
There has been a long debate as for the reasons for female TF, since the original series. No official explanation has ever been given.
As best as could be told, Protoforms consist of billions of nannites, which look like a liquid in proto-state. They solidify when in stasis lock, or when they become their final form after activation. See episode "The Spark" for better examples of this.
