Are there any glaring differences/additions? I'm just wondering cause I got the Prequal comics today, and I'm just wondering how the comic adaptation turned out.

There are differences, Jazz walks into the power line, not Ratchet, and some of the battle sequences are different, as is the "finding iceman" sequence.

There are more but I cannot remember them too well.

Jazz dies very differently. The autobots speak differently.

Ones I can remember off the top of my head.

-Maggie is introduced on the helicopter, her plot threat all but exorcised.
-Likewise with Glenn. He doesn't even appear at all.
-Prime says "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" when he first meets Sam and Mikaela.
-Sam's eBay name is HotStud217 instead of LadiesMan217.
-Barricade gets crunched by Optimus Prime in the final battle.
