If they were only going to release a single issue a month, (as they had originally planned) then they would have had to release Ascending #1 on the 29th as well.

Just means that one month between now and November has to have 2 issues of Beast Wars released in it.

It was, but it was held back. Again.

But at least it'll be out in September, not next year.
