The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:

It should be noted that this project is not in any way officially affiliated with either IDW Publishing or Hasbro. They're just some short stories crafted by your fellow Transformers enthusiasts.

That being said, everyone is welcome to leave comments and whatnot regarding the posted stories. Just bear in mind that no one has been paid for this work. These stories are the result of people taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love.

This week's piece is "Compromise" by Cesar Cappellozza (aka Cappeca).

That is one fantastic Mosaic! Great job, Cappeca on the story and art. "Prime is so naive". I dig that realistic side to Crosscut's diplomatic state. It gives him the appearance of someone who would do whatever it takes to get the job done, all while implying a certain moral ambiguity that the Decepticons might find interesting. Really solid a read.

Another Mosiac, another new art style.

I'm not digging this issue's art style. I understand what they were aiming for, but it looks more they photos are low-res rather than stylized artistically.

As usual, I can't wait for more!

Have to agree. I think cropping the pictures alone would have been better.

The writing is great however and makes up for the art.

This is certainly different from the other Mosaics. I don't really get it...other than it's about the Construction of Autobot City & Metroplex. Still, like the others, it intrigues me.

Freaking awesome - I love the style - reminiscent of "Obsidians Lament " which is a truly amazing story.

I really like the story and the look of it, but knowing it's toys detracts from that a little. Still, I quite like this one.

Very nice use of "repaints", gives them at least a little bit of characterization.

Ok, so the "art" in this story is just acutal pictures of the figures, with some kind of photo effect right? I think that's a very novel way of doing it, and I like it.

Thanks guys, as I've been saying from the start, the great thing about Mosaic is the diversity, each issue is so different to the next one.

I agree that some of these stories are too short, there's so much more to tell. But keeping them one page, means that we can keep them weekly.

Not feeling the art/photos, the diorama's too simplistic and that Photoshop filter doesn't look very good on anything.
