When the announcement was made at New York Comic Con, that IDW and Marvel would be teaming up for a Transformers and New Avengers Crossover, a teaser was playing. Now a video showing the teaser has been posted on Comic News International. Click here to check it out.

Uh......huh.......well, that was a complete waste of my time. I wonder why everyone is insisting on using the Movie logo these days. If it appears in every Tf comic from this point on, I won't deal w/it. I mean come on! The Autobot logo looks pissed off!!

Weeeak! Hopefully the stroy will be alot better! Would be cool to see Wolverine rip off the head of a Decepticon like he did with the Centinal or Magneto pulling out the Matrix from Prime. Lots of possibilities, but we'll just have to remain cautiously optimistic.

What is the latest roster of the New Avengers

I'm not much of a comic-book reader, but this will definetly be one that I read.

The current "New" Avengers lineup is Captain America, Iron Man (or Adolf Stark as some people have started calling him after the events of Civil War), Power Man (70s blacksploitation holdover), Spider-woman, Spider-man (no relation) and, for the duration of the crossover, Ms Marvel and Falcon.

I'll reserve judgement on the quality of the comic until the first issue actually comes out, since the chances of the story actually playing out as it appears to have in some folks' heads already are slim-to-none. I will agree, however, that that 'trailer' was a complete waste of time. A poster would have contained the same information and used up less bandwidth. They could have stuck the whooshing noise in as a background wav file or something.
