ALL IN A DAYS WORK
I was very lucky to work with the extremely talented Andy Turnbull and Graham Thomson on this piece.

Originally I wrote this as a Mosaic and an excuse to get Andy to draw more of the animated style TF's. His stuff is great, go to his site and tell him.

When I saw Graham's colours, I knew Andy had chosen the right guy, they fit so nicely.

Both Andy and Graham were very easy to deal with and I'm very glad they're both on Mosaics.

Awsome stuff 8) .

Still, I hope animated isn't TOO close to what's shown here. Little opening segments where Transformers assist in stopping a crime(didn't they do that on occasion on G1?) would be ok, but entire episodes against weak fleshlings would get boring. However, if mechs were brought into the picture....

And now I'm a little excited for the possibility of what animated could bring to the Transformers Universe. The art, which really is awsome, is actually making me like the designs a little more.

Tottally agree. When this piece was written, the cons had not been released, so we went with something that seemed plausable.

Autobots don't squish humans. Decepticons is a different story.

I enjoyed the comic though. Nice work.

ummm ye some how i doubt that. I loved the flic and the designs, but this animated crap must go! Some of them like prime look so-so but Starscream looks like a freaken petophile! His bod looks cool cept his head looks soo creepy and not in the good way.He needs to some with a little bag to put on his head. And the toys! primes truck looks like it got run over with a car, and bulkhead looks just plain dumb. I forone won't buy any of this garbage. I'll watch the first episode and judge the show but the toys are a definate NO

Man, I am goa be VERY disappointed if they just work human junk istead of fighting Decepticons... But the human junk could be tolerable if done right. I mean imagine THIS...

Decepticons supplying terrorists with weapons. If this is occurring in the Middle East, they could tie this in with how the G1 Decepticons were out to find sources of energon.

"We will give you the weapons you desire to fight your little war, in return for, shall we say, a blind eye to our activities at your oil fields...?"

Not to bad, I like the art, but I do hope TFA won't be like that, I hate shows with the main characters doing such stuff!

No need to worry, the Autobots won't be stopping petty criminals.

They're going to be stopping supervillans with unexplained powers and a strange love of spandex. Much better right?

You know what I think of Animated?

Mosaic is a fan-created project dealing with one-page stories:
