Beast Machine Series Question

I've been watching the Beast Machines series again and something occurred to me....when Primal used the plazma energy chamber to fight Megatron's vector sigma key, when megatron was vaporized, he became a purely organic creature called Noble/Savage. The question is I understand the Savage part because it is the dragon beast mode of Megatron, but where does the Noble part come from??? And how come he remains after Megatron escapes his purely organic body?

There are a few different theories that I've heard: one involves silverbolt. I'm not well versed to give the full run down on all the details though.... :(

In an early version of the story it wasn't Rhinox, but Silverbolt who ended up betraying Megatron. So the explosion that made Noble included Silverbolt, and the wolf side of Silverbolt ended up going over to Megatron, while the bird side stayed with Silverboly, making him a pure bird we see in Beast Machines.

With the later change to make Rhinox/Tankor the traitor to Megatron, the Noble form made less sense.

Very Interesting, and it makes sense too!

Good theory. I never thought about this question before. I just figured it was all down to the reformatting they all got. Perhaps the nobility Megatron displayed in Weak Component (or whatever it's called, the one where he offers weapons to Rattrap) gave him the noble side. And the dragon was his raw hatred and anger. I think some of Dinobot's honour rubbed off on him between BW and BM.

Here's the real story.
Megatron's body wasn't changed into noble but it was destroyed. when it did Megatron's spark possessed Noble's body just like Starscream's spark possessed Waspinator.

I thought the Savage/Noble body was created when Megatron decided he wanted to seperate the organic and technological components of his body. He intended for the Matrix to put him in the technological one, but it gave him an organic one instead.
