It's a Diamond error, they had (1 of 3) tagged onto the First Issue of the Sourcebook.

Wonder if that means Issue 4 will have (4 of 3)

So, does anyone have any info on what is going on with Dinobots #3. Was it an idw error (two in one month seemed like a mistake) or has diamond buried this comic forever? I sure hope not as my copy the titan tpb has 4 issues printed twice, so i have yet to read this....

Not so much of an error as putting product out on the shelves every week.

The Trade is due in early-mid 2008 (issue #5 of the Dinobots is due in January 2008)
