It all depends where you are. Here in the UK, a kids channel called POP shows them at 7pm and 11pm.

Cartoon Network (or it's equivalent) have them on from time to time, usually in blocks of a few months, then they go off air again.

I consider myself lucky...I have all of the episodes on 25 discs. Other than that, I cannot watch them unless I go to YouTube.

Yeah, I dont have the kinda scratch to shell out on the DVD collections, so airing them on say Cartoon Network would be awesome for me

A lot of the best G1 episodes are on YouTube....with one sorely omitted exception: WebWorld! For some ungodly reason, I became oddly attached to that episode...It has a lot of Galavtron in it, and I do not like that psycho-beast one iota! Go figure

"Webworld" is one of the only G1 episodes I can stand to watch!

wow! Glad to see I am not alone in my feelings on this particular episode! It seems NO ONE has it on DVD or even VHS!

I'm not sure what you mean by no-one having it on DVD, Pyrostrata! Shouldn't it be on the season 3 DVD box set? (I might have misunderstood what you meant here.)

Yeah, I have Sky+ so I can watch it either on DVD or that channel.

Pop now runs Transformers G1 at 7pm, 7:30pm and 10pm. I recorded the three episodes on one day, and when I came to watch them on Sky+, they had transformed into Kirby and Super Mario and Sonic Underground. That really annoyed me! I've not seen very many G1 episodes and I missed about six from that. And whenever the episode finishes, that damned green dragon starts talking over the credits, so I can't see who did the voicework. I HATE RORRY THE DRAGON! He drives me mad.
"Hey gang, wasn't that episode of the mighty Transformers amazing?"
"Shut up...pleeeease....you're giving them a bad name..."

We get alot of G1 reruns here in Malaysia, I can't be too sure tho, since I hardly watch TV now. Right now they're showing a Malay dubbed version of Cybertron, if you think the english dubbing is bad, I suggest you watch the Malay dub.

Well, in Malaysia loads of other shows are dubbed into Malay too.

Imagine watching anime in Malay.... :?

I guess im lucky that I still have all the eps taken from old VHS rips from their near origional 80s air dates (well, mostly.. 4-5 are g2)..... It is amazing the differences when compairing them to the DVD sets... lacking quality defiently, but the Rhino sets made more mistakes in coloring than they fixed!!

G1 is so much funner to watch when it's on the air for some reason.

You know why G1 isn't on air much? Modern televisions aren't sufficiently well-built to handle that much AWESOME. This is also why The A-Team and Airwolf are so difficult to find on TV.
