Ok for me my favorite line is from dinobot in Beast Wars in code of hero when he says he says the futur is not fixed. By the way im sure most of us would be saying something from the movie but plz try to refrain from saying one other wise to many will be the same.

For a funny one, I'd go w/the G1 episode "Prime Target" Where Optimus says "Amazing. A booby trap that actually catches boobies." I laugh at that every time.

I also like this one:

i'm quite fond of when Megatron at the beginning of BW Season 2 says, "New packaging. Same product. LOSERS!"

And, of course, his infamous line from TF:TM.

And, yes, Dinobot's speech before going into his last battle. It was the quote that I had put under my high school senior yearbook picture.

Season 3 had some great ones, but the only ones I can remember right now are: "face it, were doomed" -deadend &
"me grimlock no feel sorry me laugh!" given that he was laughin at mass starvation, IMO that was the last time cartoon grimlock was even the slightest bit badass.

Oh, I empathise with Dead End. Best pre-movie TF, always gets the best lines.

I always laugh at this line, which was from a few episodes after Optimus Primal was blown up in a Transwarp explosion that nearly killed him.

Rhinox looks over to Optimus "Remember that transwarp explosion?"

Optimus just gives him a dirty look and a raised eyebrow.

Rhinox: "...Okay, stupid question."
