SPOILERS (do not read further if you do not want to see spoilers)
In issue #2, it is revealed that Megatron followed the Allspark to Earth. It appears that he and the Allspark land on a prehistoric Earth; however, a year is not given. Flash-forward to 1897 to find that Sam’s grandfather has discovered Megatron in the Artic. Flash-forward again to 1902 and the Allspark is discovered in the Colorado River. Final flash-forward to 2003 and we see Bumble Bee has landed on Mars.
It appears that there is at least a couple of thousand years between Megarton’s arrival and Bumble Bees. If Megatron had not sunken into the ice, he would have had possession of the Allspark for several millennia. Any thoughts on this?

LOL
Even with that, there should only have been a delay of six months to a couple of years. I hope this is explained in one of the future issues.

Megatron = spaceship with qualities of...
Bumblebee = comet with probably not as much ability to accelerate, maneuver, etc., as Megatron. Thus he was a lot slower...

The whole thing seems to assume too much, I think. It's definitely not new-reader friendly. I spent most of the fist issue trying to figure out who all the characters were before I realized that they didn't matter anyway. I'm starting to see where this is going but I think they would have been better off releasing it bi-weekly a bit closer to the movie's release date.

Well it was an improvement over the first issue. I don't like the black and white flashback panels.
The story is going somewhere, this issue at least gave that impression, so Josh, i'll give it to you. It was better, but it's still not quite there yet.

I'm not keen on these either. I haven't read this new issue yet, though.

Well
that was certainly some useful commentary.

I think the time difference is a mystery that will later be explained.
I liked the issue, though the scenes with the humans were the most interesting. I've said in another thread how I could quite happily read a four-parter about this body that is attempting to cover up the Mega-Man discovery (and possibly other discoveries). I hope they flesh this part out. I really don't care about Bumblebee or Megatron.
