The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:


It should be noted that while this project has been recognized by IDW Publishing and Hasbro, none of the works presented have been commissioned or solicited by either company. The stories are not official canon, except where noted.
These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love.
No one has been paid for the production of these stories.

January 18th marks the six month anniversary of TRANSFORMERS: MOSAIC!

So, as a special celebration to mark the occasion, we'll be presenting daily releases for the whole week!

We'd also like to take this opportunity to send out a special thanks to everyone who has supported this project, from it's modest beginnings on IDW's forums to its explosion across the fandom. This is by you for you folks, take a bow!

To everyone else, stay tuned, we've still got some surprises up our sleeves. Keep an optic out in the coming months... we've got something really cool in the works!

I liked IDW's take on Thunderwing and the Pretenders concept. This edition of Mosaic is a tesatment to that incredibly well-thought story by IDW.

Neat . The story is simple, but gives us another angle as to why Thunderwing went after Cybertron in Stormbringer(it was a grey area if I remember). Heck, there is more characterization for Thunderwing here than in the whole Stormbringer series! But that's cause he was a glorified zombie I guess. Art's really good too, no complaints there.

All in all, a deeper, more interesting Mosaic than I thought it was. Top-notch work .

Congrats on the six-month anniversery guys! I find it interesting that today's piece is set in the same general area and has a similar vibe to "Destiny", the first Mosaic. Coincidence?

I didn't read StormBringer, so I'm a little in the dark here.

Still the story was to a point and looked good, so I like it!

cool! scientist Thunderwing becoming THE Ultra Pretender Thunderwing. script's short but sweet. basically a shortened version of IDW's version of Thunderwing's creation.

good thing it didn't show the ensuing madness (or chaos this robot created) that became the Stormbringer series.

IMHO, i didn't exactly like the Stormbringer arc by IDW. it devolved Thunderwing into a mindless ravager, unlike the original comic version where Thunderwing was one of the most feared Decepticon characters short of Lord Straxus himself.
