Animated episode "Total Meltdown" ON DEMAND

I'm guessing the reason that Cartoon Network didn't play this episode was that there is mention of humans being injected with steroids. That's just a guess I don't know the real reasons as to why they didn't broadcast this episode but I think it is a good guess.
