I was asked recently if the new IDW verse ever shows a TF killing humans, Decepticon or Autobot...

The first instance I thought of was Thundercracker and the guy who originally took the pics of the Decepticons. Is it confirmed that it was Cracker who did that? It looks like it to me from my reading.

Next, I thought of Prime and the guy in the truck. However, some say that the guy wasn't killed, just bloodied, and some say that he wasn't a guy, but facimilie. So can that be confirmed?

We don't know if Jimmy and Verity are going to be revived, so I can't include that.

The question still stands then, is there a definitive time in this new continuity where we can open an issue, point to a page and say, "There is a TF, with no doubt about it killing a human."

How about outside IDW in other continuities?

The Decepticons have killed humans.

It's how they get their facsimiles.

Actually the 'cons don't kill humans for their fasmiles, they keep them in cryo storage. you know, just in case the fasmiles malfuction they can get new genetic material from the original template.

Sixshot shot down the 2 pilots on (page 14) during his rampage in issue 3. You see the 2 F-15's blow up without anyone ejecting. Poor guys didn't have a chance.

Sixshot has killed humans. In Devastation #3 when he is tracking Ratchet in alt mode. He opens fire at a hospital on a row of ambulances. There were people near the ambulances trying to run for cover when they see Sixshot aim his guns in their direction. In the next panel you see people getting caught in the blast and at the range and level of explosion if the shockwave didnt kill them the shrapnel did.
