Completed Comic Series Question

Does anyone know if any of the following comic series was ever closed? If so, or even if not, how many issues were published for each set?
The series I'm referring to are these:

Dreamwave- G.I. Joe/Transformers Divided Front #2-5 (all I've seen was issue #1), Transformers War Within: The Age of Wrath #4-6 (I've seen and have issues #1-3). I already know Dreamwave Comics went out of business so don't respond w/ "Dreamwave is no longer in business" or anything along that line. I just want to know if they ever got issues #2-5 & #4-6 issues respectively out to the public.

Devil's Due Publishing- G.I. Joe vs Transformers: Black Horizon #3 and up (I've seen and have issues #1-2).

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Age of Wrath - Only had three issues published before Dreamwave went bankrupt. There has been previews of unfinished art work for the later books released. But other than that there's been no news on any likelihood of seeing that series finished.

Black Horizon - Was only ever a two issue mini-series. There were no further issues as the story was finished.

Divided Front - Dunno.
