Is "Focus on the Decepticons" All Hail Megatron?

I'm not sure.
From what we do know, is that "Focus On" will be a bunch of snippets and art that will be more akin to a "preview" for an upcoming Decepticon heavy series. Whether or not this is for "All Hail" or "Reign of Starscream" I have no idea.
