is it just me people or does fanzone come acrossed in some part as being a take on john irvin's character nypd blue?

Having never seen NYPD Blue, I wouldn't know.
He does remind me of Harvey Bullock from the Bruce Timm Batman animated series, only apparently slightly higher in rank.

when it comes to nypd blue john irvins character is the over weight blonde hair guy the ones thats going bald through the head
