is that cobra from g. i.joe?

what show/comic is that megatron from?

Very cool.

im confused all i have is the first issue of transformers generation 2 series i dont think gijoe made an apperance in that series i could be wrong though one issue doesnt tell alot.

The G2 comics and a number of GI Joe crossovers, hence why they call him G2 Megatron:

G2 actualy started off with Cobra reviving Megatron, it was the lead i n to TF:G2 issue 1

Crossovers? I'd have considered the appearances in GI Joe 138-142 to be a single crossover storyline, as it runs from the end of 138 to 142.

Cobra's construction of Megatron's G2 body took place in GI Joe #139, during the first complete issue of the crossover arc with Transformers G2. This arc serves as a prequel to the G2 series. I'm pretty sure this Mosaic is after the events of G2 #2.
