Scenarios like this are exactly why they had that scene at the end of the first movie and this is probably tied for #1 as far as guesses as to how the Allspark will be revived.
I'm guessing that by the end of the 3rd movie we will see Cybertron restored to it's former glory. (probably Megatron as well, by some weird twist of fate)

Oh man. I love the effort for the Mosaic, but if that were to happen, I'd be seriously upset.
