Amazon.com has just placed a listing up for a new preorder. This time, it's Transformers Animated: Season One. The listing says its a two disc set, full screen resolution and currently on sale for $18.99 USD from a list price of $26.98 USD.

This would be a set that I would be interested in buying unlike past series that have aired post BW. I have already dl'ed the torrents for Animated though.

I'm just glad we didn't have to wait 6 years for this like we did with Beast Machines.

Does it really include all the first season with the first pilot episodes "More than meets the eye"?

This set will include episodes 4-16 which is 'Home is Where the Spark Is' through 'Megatron Rising Part II.'

The first 3, Transform and Roll Out! will have it's own release in July if I'm not mistaken.

12 episodes for 20$ approx is not bad.
