It shows a settling of differences perhaps on the way to something more by a couple of quite recognizable Movie Decepticon villains, one of which, actually had no movie appearance.
One should also note the de-activated Autobots lying at their feet.
In other words, the issue could be rather spoilerific, which is why Alex is not answering any questions about it that relate to new colors, plot, or the busted up bots.
