Yeah Broadside is afraid of heights and gets seasick, which makes his choice of alternate modes rather tragic

It's both--two bots jumped out.

The fear of heights was more pronounced with Silverbolt. It was never much expounded with Broadside though...........in the show anyway.

The MTMTE entry for Broadside says that he was once afraid of heights AND crossing liquid until Shockwave's modifications made him master of both. So yes Silverbolt, Broadside and Runamuck as well, are all afraid of heights.
