You mean UniCRON Medley! Unicorn was a Beast Machines thing. (Again, just being a smartass.)
I torrented the soundtrack and score because I needed them in highschool, so I have to buy this one. Will it be a 2 CD set? With lenticular cover?

thats nothing compared to the original movie score that has 36 tracks plus the music soundtrack which has 10 tracks. all they put on
extra was 4 more tracks to the music soundtrack.

Hmmmm . . . seems to me they're just using music that was released in BotCon CD: Till All Are One.

that last track is actually on the Lighting Their Darkest Hour, a Botcon 2001 exclusive CD with the entire musical score to the film. That song is basically the Transformers theme in hair metal form with Stan Bush singing it.

Yup, but I guess it's better than nothing. perhaps an incentive to the hardcore fans will be some awsome artwork or something.

Actually, I'm a bit shocked. I own the Botcon CDs and these seem to be at new titles (at the least), possibly the same music. Really surprises me. I wonder if it was a legal thing? In any case, I could use a new copy of the soundtrack. I can't wait!

I could use a new copy of the Soundtrack. My old one is scratched all to hell, along with my copy of the Botcon disc.

I'm thinking of what these could be right now. I assume that the "Unicron Medley" is his theme, "The Enemy Revealed". I recognize "Moon Base 2 Shuttle Launch" at the beginning of the movie, but "Megatron Must Be Stopped" is a new one on me. The New TF's theme should be something though...............

I'm so getting this, seeing as I don't have the soundtrack. But I'll be skipping over "The Touch", I can't stand that song.

I thought the "new TF theme" was just the alterante version as released on the Botcon CDs. Is it something new?

I'll buy it.
That botcon cd sounds neat. This is the first I've heard of it. Or the first I remember hearing of it.

I remember reading somewhere that Lion missunderstood the name of the character and actually sang and recorded the lyric of the song as "...and the evil Unicorn...". It's 80's hair metal, sang at a decent speed. I don't know, it could be true, but that missprint (or potential missprint) made me think of it.
Man, I need to move out of my parents basement and kiss a girl at some point.

It always baffled me why the Unicron theme was left off the original soundtrack. That was the coolest section of the score in my opinion.

Well 'medley' refers to multiple things put together. Ideally, its Unicron's Opening theme, the Birth of Galvatron, the Destruction of the Moonbases, and Unicron's transformation, ALL on one LONG track.
