The Ark Addendum: The Shadow Emperor, Scorponok.

Jim Sorenson updated his blog Disciples of Boltax with a new set of character models for an episode of the Japanese Transformers: The Headmasters anime show. This time it's the animation models for the reporters and staff of the Solar-1 Satellite from the episode "The Shadow Emperor, Scorponok" in this episode Scorponok does his first move after becoming leader of the Decepticons after Galvatron's demise.

as much as i like these updates he posts on the net he should really try to contribute these art works in the book itself that would be better

That's why he's putting them online in the first place, these are the ones he had to take out of the book as the publisher wouldn't let him make the book big enough to include them all.

Hey, dragons, I'm glad that you're liking the updates. The Complete Ark, the combined version of The Ark and The Ark II, has several extra pages, since we didn't need two sets of Table of Contents or copyright pages. These pages are the ones that didn't make the cut. I tried to save the very best stuff for the book itself. If you'd like to see more books of animation models from me, please, write to IDW and let them know that. I'm happy to make them, so if they think that there is a demand I'm sure I can keep making more and more books like this.

Exactly! If I had my way, I'd be making 500 page books, but the reality of the situation is that most people wouldn't want to pay twice or three times as much for twice the content. I figure sharing it on the internet is a good compromise.
