I remember seeing this in theaters, but after it was released they had cut a few scenes. I do remember the "oh ****" scene was put back in with the 20th Anniversary release, but what about the others? They were small clips and I actually only remember two of them that happened earlier in the film. One was right after Megatron shot Ironhide and they showed a scene of him with a hole in his back. And the other I think was Ravage crashing into Thrust on board of Astrotrain.

The only deleted scenes I know of are the ones that were shown in the early trailers, such as alternate transformation of autobot city and alternate version of Kup telling stories:

WEll, there are a lot of un-rendered deleted scenes, such as Ultra Magnus and a car carrier full of Autobot cars attacking Devastator and another Autobot death there.

ANother is the Constructicons chasing the Autobots as they retreat into the base.

We have only seen sketches of these in the past.

Speaking of deleted scenes and 80's movies I swear there's a scene they cut from Return of the Jedi where when Lando calls to the ships telling them that the sheild on the Death Star is still up that one of the X-Wings or Y-Wings hits the shields and explodes. (And no I'm not confusing it with Independence Day) I remember seeing this in the theater but not on any videos or DVDs.
