I had a verry odd dream last night that a new series of Transformers just aired but no one knew about it so by the time anyone even realized they had made a new cartoon they were allready airing the first episode of the second season. This is due to the new network it's going to be playing on totally failing to advertise and we finally find out about it by Hasbro launching a new toy line advertiseing the series.

I kinda doubt that would actully happen but that's how it worked in the dream.

So the first episode everyone wound up seeing, I can't give a full cast or episode because I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. But I know on the Autobot side there was Optimus Prime, and verry VERRY small looking Bumblebee who seemed to be voiced by a computer rather than an actor, and Red Alert who was mentioned by Bumblebee but not seen.

This episode I was dreaming about seemed to be a continueation from a previous episode I hadn't seen as it just randomly started out with Optimus Prime trying on this power armor. The armor looked to be a protype as it was all grey and looked as though it wouldn't transform into anything. I'm guessing Optimus wouldn't of had a trailer for the first season just so they could show them developing the power armor that would be a trailer in vehicle mode.

BTW Bumblebee looked like War Within Bumblebee except much shorter and fatter than G1 Bumblebee. Optimus Prime I couldn't tell what he looked like sence most of his body was upskered by the grey power armor prototype. The animation styal of this show seemed to be verry simular to that of the newer Ninja Turtles series that play on Fox.

Talk about a bummer of dream. Can you imagine them making a new series behind our backs like that and not advertising it at all?

I once had a similar dream. I was watching what appeared to be a new TF series that beared a resemblance to the three Japanese G1 TV series. At first, I had thought that they had imported those shows over here and dubbed them in English. But as I kept watching, it didn't look very familiar to those series at all. The only thing that was the same was the animation style (the 1980's pseudo-anime look with very thick black outlines).

And the whole of the show that I was able to watch (before waking up) was just the opening, which was nothing more than three random vehicle mode bots (who looked like they could be Micromasters, and one of them was a blue pickup truck) driving through a desert with the camera angle consistently changing position and moving around to show these three from nearly every possible angle. And when they finally got off screen, the title card came up and the theme song quit playing. I couldn't read the title because it was a dream, and the theme song playing sounded like some cheap anime knockoff song, rather than the traditional TF theme song.

The only thing from this dream that I enabled me to identify that this show was a TF show was an Autobot symbol placed somewhere in the opening. I can't remember where, but I remember seeing it along with the three random guys and the title card.

LOL So there are other people outside who dream of new episodes, series and movies of Transformers? Me too XD


Don't know when I had this dream, but it was odd and really AWESOME! (It was after I saw the second Movie and when I watched the first one at home) I think it was a vision or insperation, that I got when my little sister ask me the stupid question "why all the TF's in the first Movie, which got touched by the energy of the Allspark turned evil". I tried to find an answer until I slept. Then I got this weird but still unbelivable cool dream:

I was sitting in a great cinema, somewhere in the middle of the seat-lines. All gots dark and the movie started. First Optimus was speaking: "A war spreads... . Covered from the eye of the innocent. We live here. Fighting to protect, what we call our new home." Then the first scence comes up. A Chopper-bike without driver was rolling along a dark street, chaised by a yellow car (this was Bumblebee, but first I hadn't realized it). They were driving under the pitty strettlights with such speed, that I could feel the vibration of their wheels and engines on my skin. Prime was still talking: "One year has passed after Fallens loss. And we still fight the Decepticons, but we are not alone." Then Prime rolls out of a dark pathway, so the bike had to turn around. Now he was chased him toward Bumblebee and a young soldier climbs out of the window of Primes Alt-Mode. Holding a sniper rifle in one hand. He hanged it on the driving-mirrior and shots at the wheel of the bike. Then the Chopper transformed into a Decepticon, which got pwnd by Bumblebee, who had transformed as well. And then came the title-screen.

After this intro, if got a blackout O_O Somehow they were in the midle of the NESTS basement. Lenox was talking to Optimus Prime and it was getting dark outside. The young soldier from the beginning was standing outside and looked into the stars. He strechted himself and was gonna go in, when suddenly a very oddd sound catched his attention. He was looking up again and saw a fireball reaching for the mountains. Then he screamed: "Sergeant Lenox!!" He grabbed his gun, which suddenly stands on the wall (don't know how that comes there XD) and runs toward a car. Lenox comes out of the base: "What is it, soldier?!" The boy was running and points at the heaven: "It's falling toward the grave hill!"

And again I got a blackout >_>'

Then Lenox and Ipps (think that was the name XD) were approaching a junkyard together with Prime and Ironhide. There was a little red robot sitting in the middle of all the garbage-hills and was working on something. Ironhide busted in with his guns forward: "Freeze! Who are you?!" The robot was jumping up in suprise. Looking behind him and saw the gun. I could recognize him right ^_^ He was a very small robot. He only was tall enough to reach Ironhides belly XD He was bright red with a steel-like plate that covered his mouth. His eyes were azur-blue and really bright. He stands on wheels like Sideswipe and got only four fingers on each servo. The body looked a bit like Bumblebee’s, but without the doors on the back. The little robot was so scared of Ironhide and mistoked him for being Decepticon. He rolled a bit away and hited a crane, which was holding a rusty car. The line ripped and the car was landing on the head of the robot. Ironhide was totally confused by the reaction of this robot. Prime cames up and helped the little guy up. He explained him that they aren’t Decepticons and the little red robo was relieved. The little guy told them that his name was….something I couldn’t hear right… . (so I gave him the name Raybolt XD). He was from a rescue-ship from Cybertron and was given orders by an Autobot named Perceptor. He should tell Optimus Prime, that the Allspark was still alive. Lenox, Ipps and the Autobots wanted to hear his story.

Another blackout T_T

They were back in the NESTS basement. All Autobots and the most best known humans together. Lenox, Ipps, this Sector 7 guy, the little soldier (which name was Joe or something like this), the freak with the green T-Shirt from the RotF Movie, Michaella, Sam, the defence secretary and the boss of NESTS. From the Autobots it was Arcee & Co., Prime, Bumblebee, Skid and Mudflap, Ironhide, Ratched, Sideswipe, Recharger, Wheeljack (he looked soooo awesome), Jazz ( I thought he was dead?!), Mirage ( impressive imagination I had ) and Prowl (he was a police-car like in G1). Raybolt was sitting in the middle of them and begans to explain. He said that he was working for Soundwave, when he lived on Cybertron, but Perceptor had rescuit him from that evil robot. He doesn’t understanded why he had to be rescuit, though. Then on the rescue-ship, they were following the signal of Optimus Prime, that he sended into space. Near the Mars they got attacked by Decepticon and everyone was killed. Perceptor told Raybolt that he had to live, so he could tell Prime of his discovery. The discovery was that the Allspark has a twin!

And that was, when I woked up T___T

I've had several Transformers dreams. One most recent ones was pretty wild. I dreamed that I was walking out to the barn to get bucket of feed for 5 young cows. The 3 white, 2 black ones about hip high hungry little buggers were already hollering, and charging over. I went into the barn filled the green 5 gallon feed bucket. I was closing up the feed bin when this big gust wind slammed one the huge barn doors shut despite the fact it had been pegged down. I walked outside. The sunny day disappeared ,and I looked up and saw this...



I should say it looked like that the sky above our farm. That picture is from the recent Moscow 'UFO Cloud' news story. The only differences is there was little strokes of lighting cracking around the ring of the clouds. So by this point I get pretty worried. I start to back up into the barn worried about the lighting and the strange cloud formation. As the back of my heels hit the cement slab that is the floor of the barn I hear the distinctive sound of metal rumpling and twisting. I spin around in time to see our John Deere Tractor just like this one...



I see it Transforming. Being a dream I was sort have one those where your watching it like movie and experiencing it. The observer me knew at once it was evil. The experiencing me knew right away it was evil because tried to take swipe at me. I hit the deck and the cow feed scatters all over the pavement. I slip on the pellets of feed as I scramble to get out of the barn. I dash around the side of the barn in hopes to make dash toward the house or really just plan to get away any where! There momentary pause then suddenly the side of the metal barn splits open like tuna can. The Decpept-a-Deere roars as it rockets out of the hole it just cut. I knocked down and crawling again in the mud knowing I probably am done for at this point. It claws towards me with its hands made of hay thrashers. I notice lighting cracking even more wildly, and then their loud BANG! and I am blinded. The observer sees the Decept-a-Deere was hit by the lighting.

Then....

I woke up!

What happen?? I got no clue maybe I'll dream about it again. I can tell you I gave the tractor the fish eye the next day when did have to go feed the cows.

Nice to see I'm not the only one with weird pop culture dreams!

I did have a dream once that I was flipping channels in my dorm... and a new Transformers series was premiering... I was only mildly intrigued, but the show was REALLY bizarre.

It was really Gundam/Macross-esque and even though the dream was supposed to be 2009 and the channel (unclear in the dream) was touting it as a "Brand New Show! Awesome Animation!" it had that look of a mid-90s anime (really thin crisp lineart and everything has that really hard sheen to the lighting effects... think the first Ghost in the Movie but on a TV show budget... if that makes sense) and it was really underwhelming... the storyline seemed to be a rehash of the first G1 season but trying too hard to seem "current" and edgy with a bunch of weird pop culture and political references and mildly rough language at times... and the design of the human characters had the most awful stereotypical anime look... like the character who was supposed to be the Spike Witwicky of the show had that stupid spiky anime hair that covers one eye sometimes, and there was another human character with like pink hair or something that was the "comic relief" and the DEcepticons all had the typical "honorable anime villian" voice and animation style to them... all doom and gloom and samurai honor nonsense (kinda like Drift HAH!)

it was weird, to say the least; lets just say I'm glad it was a dream

No it wasn't Wangster, that was a nightmare!
