Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could confirm a backup strip for me from the UK comic series.

If my memory is accurate, I remember Iron Man, GI Joe/Action Force, Visionaries.

But I also remember another backup strip like Iron-Man, with 3 characters with Powered suits.

My friend and I are having a little disagreement over it, but I am sure there was a backup strip.

Having being an avid collector as a child, and a mother who threw out my issues I cannot check.

Please help my time-fogged brain.

Think you may be thinking of Spitfire and the Troubleshooters. Main character had a large robotic suit of armour. There was one issue where she was fighting a villain in a similar suit which I think was silver while one of her friends had a small human sized suit and he was injured trying to help her.

That said, the Earth Corps had suits of armour in the Inhumanoids story too.

The Machine Man story which also featured the robotic Avenger Jocosta and Iron Man 2020 could also be mistaken for having 3 armoured characters even though MM and Jocosta are robots.
