Would Masterforce work as a Tokusatsu?

For those of you who are Tokusatsu fans and have seen Masterforce, do you think an adaptation of Masterforce could work as a live action Japanese Tokusatsu series?

I mean, think about it. A lot of the transformations in the series resemble henshin sequences.

There are enough human characters to balance out with the robot characters (in fact, most of the robots are human in some form).

And it wouldn't have to worry too much with continuity as it could be a simple standalone "what if" series. Kinda like what Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is to its anime and manga.

Toei already specializes in making monster and robot costumes for their various tokusatsu series that exist (i.e. - Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, Ultraman, the previous Metal Hero series, etc.), so I could see them making Decepticon Pretender shells, Autobot Pretender battle suits, Headmaster and Godmaster battle suits, and Autobot & Decepticon Robot Modes.

All the transformation sequences could be done similar to the transformations sequences of the various tokusatsu transforming mecha, and additional CGI could be used for things like laser blasts, Chōkon Power, and Devil Z himself.

Early episodes could use the Destroids as the Decepticon Pretenders' footsoldiers, but then get rid of them once the Headmaster Juniors are introduced (or maybe a little after).

It wouldn't necessarily need to follow the typical "Monster of the day gets destroyed each day"-style as the Decepticons would be used instead and wouldn't get destroyed till towards the end of the series (if they get destroyed at all, that is. As, none of the Cons, save for Devil Z/BlackZarak, got destroyed in the anime).

Also, most Japanese series of this kind tend to be better written and more mature than any American version, so don't just say "NO!" because of what the U.S. did to Super Sentai as Power Rangers. :BANG_HEAD:

(Also, I'm not sure if this does belong in this forum, or in another, so please move to the correct forum if needed)

It could after all the main man for Masterforce stated himself that after he had finished the series he noticed that if you would replace the words "Destrons" and Cybertrons" and rename some of the back-story things like Cybertron and the other Autobots it would be it's own and very different Super-robot anime.
It could work as a live action series, even more than any other TF show.
I'd love to see a live action Blood or Glimer.

I know, right?

It's the most distinctive TF series in that it's so unlike every other version. And with so many "Henshin"-style transformations, I could very well see this done as a live action Tokusatsu.

Though, I just though of something I forgot to mention. The Seacons could also be done in CGI. Or even in animatrocis for certain shots. Except, however, for King Poseidon. He'd be a normal suit costume. And maybe Turtler, depending on how humanoid in appearance he'd look.

This I would pay to have made, I'm suprised it hasnt been done yet. I would kill to see a live action Dauros & Blood, Also I think it would be interesting to see the mechs looked. They would be proper Transformers instead of looking like they did in the Bay flicks.

Characters like the HM jrs as well as King Posidean aka Pirhanacon would definetly be men in suites like most of the sentai monsters were.

I just realized that, if they were to make Masterforce into a Tokusatsu, all it's merchandise would be made by Hasbro instead of Bandai (who is well known for making several Tokusatsus' merchandise).
