Hi, I never see this shown and talked anywhere (except 1 Portuguese site), so I decided to share this here as I think some people may have interest.

We all know about the G1 Marvel comics from the 80s, but the English versions aren't the only ones that exist (officially). In my country - Portugal - the G1 Marvel comics were published, translated to Portuguese, in 1990, by Meribérica Liber. It seems though that the only issues that were published were from #1 to #18. I've never seen any other issue in Portuguese after #18, and the only site which talks about that that I know of, also shows only those 18 issues (if someone knows about other issues please let me know!).

I have all those 18 issues in Portuguese, and I'm posting here pics of their covers. I had to reduce the photos so that the site allowed me to upload them.

BTW, the site I was talking about is http://transformersportugal.no.sapo.pt/. The site isn't mine and it's written in Portuguese. It has the stories summaries in Portuguese plus the names translations into Portuguese as they appear in our comics' versions.

Hi capellamusic! Found your posts above by change, I think it's the first time I see someone talk about my old Transformers site [http://transformersportugal.no.sapo.pt/] in english language forums
The http://transformersportugal.no.sapo.pt/ is still online, but without updates. I moved on to a blog, http://transformerstugatron.blogspot.com/.
Your comics are so well preserved, i still got the 18 issues but they look like they were in the war Good job!

Cool , I thought that when I posted this there would be replies, but no one said anything until now .

The ones I had as a kid were completely destroyed, at least yours survived the child wars . These I got in the last couple of years .

Ah, "The Child Wars"! A lot of comics and toys perished in the wars!!! You were lucky to find these comics in so good state! (inveja!) LOL
