im kinda new, and i would like someone to help me with true order of comics?

Like, if you need to explain someone who is new to transformers, how should he read comics from start? Is it: 1) Marvel comics 1 - 80, then ....

And what is with IDW All hail Megatron? When should you read this? Before Movie prequel? Or it is independent?

You should know that G1 Marvel was the original G1 continuity.

IDW has rebooted the continuity, hence its "G1" books belong to a completely new universe (one that has been rebooted at least twice; AHM is one of these reboots).

Movie books are another universe again, story-wise unrelated to G1.
