Japanese Animated Ironhide Not Fittable For Some Fans?

Trying to fit anything from the Movie-verse into Animated would be nearly impossible. How can something that clearly takes place in the future with robots everywhere be a prequal to a completely modern world as portrayed in the movies?
That's not even starting the arguement of Bulkhead's personality vs. Movie Ironhide.
"Hi, I'm Bulkhead! I just got off the energon-farm, and even though I'm a clutz I've got a good spark, and would never want to hurt anyone without reason."
"My name's Ironhide. Here, let me show you my cannons.....DOWN YOUR THROAT!!!!".
Then there's the mile a minute Animated Bumblebee vs. Mute Bee. Right.....
