The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

The stories are not official canon, except where noted. These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love. This one was sort of odd(actually seems like it'd fit the movie better since the whole S7 against NBE's and all).

The song of the same name kept playing in my head though...

I think that same song was included at the end of the soundtrack of Robin Williams' Good Morning, Vietnam, and while it didn't play in my head for this one, I see why it would.

The reason I'm with you on this one being odd isn't the S7 arc from the first live-action movie, though. See the point, but for me it's more like the end of this one contradicts who I feel G1 Jazz is....

It feels to be set in some of the newer comic continuties, were human operations like Machination are a constant pain in the sides of both factions.
I agree this still seems a little off-key for Jazz, but it does suit the mood of those franchises in general.

Yeah, you're right. This based upon IDW's initial run with Transformers, where there was a secret human organisation who were non too friendly towards the bots.

That explains it. Kinda figured there might have been something to it. It is a good mosaic.

that is a cool one . One of my personal favourities

I am really digging wheeljack's design.

It's well-drawn and written... but I've never liked continuities where humans were hostile to Autobots.
