Some Transformers Help
Posted: Mon Jul 05, 2010 4:54 pmHey all, I have a quick question. I have a friend that is in the hospital and it doesn't look like he will be getting out any time soon. A bunch of us are thinking of pooling money together for him and getting him an Ipad or a laptop so he can watch movies or read comics in his room. He is almost as huge of a TF fan as I am, so I have been looking for a few ideas.
Does anyone know where I can get / buy the comics or get a digital subscription to the IDW stuff? I really don't want to spend more than 250.00 right now as I still have to come up with money for the Ipad or laptop. Also if anyone here can think of a great idea or theme to cheer him up please let me know.

(Back story in case anyone was wondering : He was involved in a bad accident and will have to spend some time in the hospital. They are trying to see if he will need an organ transplant, if he will be on a dialysis machine, or his stuff will start working again. He doesn't play HMW(yet) but does and will play the new Xbox Transformers WFC game as soon as he gets out)
