at the end of the beast wars comics we see megatron already escaped from the ship and already about to take cybertron and it says the end question mark i was hoping they would go into how he took cybertron for beast machines

While I do think it would be cool to see Megatron taking over Cybertron, they kind of don't need to show it in depth. Unless they did some drastic retconning(or gap filling, take your pick) and just threw in some kind of final rebellion against Megatron, they'd have a hard time filling even one issue, let alone the standard four. Remember, Megatron's attack in Beast Machines was swift and EXTREMELY effective. He pretty much nuke stunned the whole planet, and tore out there sparks.

Upon further thinking just now(it's been awhile since I saw the series), I think Nightscream did mention some Transformers surviving the initial attack and being hunted down by drones. Again, that would be cool, and possibly creative, but considering the events of Beast Machines, the audiance already knows what happens, and as nifty as the idea would be, it would be a hard sell.

Because of this, it's likely we'll never see an IDW Beast Machines series, but one never knows. I didn't think we'd get two Beast Wars Mini-series that didn't focus on the TV Show cast.

As a quick aside, I'd rather see another Beast Wars Mini-series that takes place between The Gathering and The Ascending. I really dislike the Ascending. One the one hand, ok it's super epic, but on the other, so many characters die, even more are introduced, most out of nowhere, and unless your a hardcore fan it's easy to get confused who's who. Since most of the deaths are there "just because", it's hard to really get the feeling of "He died? That stinks".
