I've just picked up issues 4-11 of the current ongoing TF title. It got me wondering in the vast universe of Transformer comics what are the best stories? What would you guys recommend?

Also I was wondering have transformers comics had any crossovers between universes? Like Beast Wars and G1 or anything like that? Have their ever been any comics using characters from any of the series from japan like masterforce?I've been looking for comics based on Transformers Robots in Disguise, do any exist?

Anyway if any of you had in recommendations I'd appreciate it thanks.

Here are my recommendations:

1.) Last Stand of the Wreckers
2.) Megatron Origin
3.) Stormbringer
4.) Spotlight: Revelation
5.) All Hail Megatron


If you want to stray outside of the IDW continuity, then I would definitely recommend all three of Dreamwave's "War Within" story-arcs.

I've only read Stormbringer thus far, but I definitely second the recommendation!

I also recommend War Within. I also recommend Nefarious. It's pretty awesome.

well you could pick up IDW's reprint of the marvel headmasters mini-series. While your at it pick up there reprint of Marvel's original transformers run.
