The stories are not official canon, except where noted. These stories are the result of Transformers enthusiasts taking the time out of their busy days to contribute to a universe they love. It's Dusan M's way of explaining the scene in "Call of the Primitives", where the Matrix flies out of the body of Primacron's assistant.

RM-75 bears a striking resemblance to Micronauts/Microman Biotron/Robotman. Is he perhaps a bit of intentional homaging?

Thank you for jogging my memory. It was bugging me that that character looked so familiar but I couldn't figure out where I had seen it. I think you are correct that he is an intentional homage.
It's cool to see a mosaic that takes us back to the early days of the TF story (1984 Marvel Comics time-frame) but even cooler seeing elements of the pre-Transformer/Diaclone toy line thrown in. The youngsters may have to do some research to understand this mosaic but for us "old-school" types, this story is just all kinds of nostalgic fun. Good job on this mosaic.

Quite compelling. I like the art and the script.

So as long as this stays as a one pager, and the "to be continued" portion feeds into the G1 Season 3 episode, this is good work.

A
