Okay, so this is for those of us who have seen Con Job.
Two of the wreckers are in Prime, which leaves us to guess the others. My guesses (and how it can translate into the toys):
Bulkhead (Canon)
Wheeljack (Canon)
Jolt (team berserker, taking the place of whirl on the original team)
Cliffjumper (Deceased, but taking the place of sandstorm)
Hot Shot/Rodimus (New meat, semi-canon)
Ultra Magnus (Leader, 18Wheeler that can carry Jack, Cliff, Jolt and Rodimus in vehicle mode in the toon and with the toy)
Other potential members would be;
Inferno (Broadside's replacement, Airport Crash Tender this time for size)
Drift (Mauve Shirt)
Kup (Veteran, El Camino)
Blurr (would have a voice gimmick of his motor ending every sentence)
Highly unlikely, but it would use more well-known autobots while keeping the team a suicide squad (maybe for season 2 or 3 finale?)

I was going to start a thread about the wreckers when I got home today, but you beat me to it, so I'll add my thoughts here. It's negative-constructive, but please don't see it as an attack on your post above, because it isn't meant to be in any way, shape or form:
Simply, I've had a feeling all week, (well, a musing, really), that the Dotm wreckers will appear in Prime, but later on in the series because one Wrecker might die in the film which is improper for us to know about right now.
Watching Prime, I see two new wreckers established: one of whom (Prime Wheeljack) is in my view just polished, slightly less sociopathic version of G1 Sunstreaker with Wheeljack make-up, thereby repeating the familiar kill-process (*1) of G1 (and beyond) gems that built up the greater impact of the TF debut back in '84.
My concern is that too many Wreckers will kill off the overall value of the grunts and civilians who became combatants, and I resent this a lot.
Since the debut of TF1, the interpretation of a single TF fans views has come to vary dramatically. My own considerations above, I type up immediately assuming they're dead words, that I'm going to be seen as 'living in G1' and so on and as such they won't matter in 'today'...what I'm trying to say is not that G1 rules, but that the G1 bots weren't all super-commandos, just people who gradually entered the Autobot (or Decep) armies after their cities were destroyed.
Wheeljack, for instance, shouldn't have to break out of Decep custody by using a Swarzennegger leg-choke-and-shoot maneuvre. He should have buzzsaws & laser cutters in his gauntlets, otherwise, don't use Wheeljack, use the Autobot who WOULD leg-strangle-to-death.Don't invent(*2) a stereotypical special ability for someone who has a unique one.
(*1)(That is, movie 'Bee kills off Bluestreak, prowl, Smokescreen et al, Sentinel kills off Inferno,Skids kills off 'the theoretician', Twins kill off Sunstreaker & Sideswipe and now Wrecker Wheeljack kills off the Scientist. My views on this issue are incredibly strong and are becoming more and more unforgiving, especially towards the writers, who are becoming good generic writers but pathetic TF writers in my eyes, but this isn't my thread.).
(*2)Did I say invent? I meant steal.Oh, and the Swords go to Drift.Sincerely: why would a proffessional writer, hired to market a toyline, steal the gimmicks that sell the toys and put them elsewhere? Is there logic in that?
Universal Prime, I'm sorry for posting this here if it bothers you. Maybe I should have PMd you first.I'm not against the Wreckers at all, and I like your list, but my view is that Specops should be of limited numbers compared to Troops and Militia.Give me 50 wreckers-I'll relish it-but give me 150 Autobot Soldiers and 250 Autobot peasants first.
Of course, an all Wreckers spin-off of Prime would rock...

No problem, I made sure to say that all of them should appear at the end of season two at the earliest. I want to see team prime be more of a full 20-man squad first. But have all of the wreckers show up, but never have them all on-screen at the same time; kill them off randomly. We should have more civvies and fighters first.
And jolt went on the wreckers because ROTF Jolt is an awesome character who'd fit where wheeljack was much better.

Actually, considering it's not entirely clear what exactly Jolts Whips can and can't do, they might be amazingly useful as a sabotage weapon for the Wreckers to wield.
(Well, at least I don't know exactly-TF Comics don't exist in my area so I can't be sure it's been laid out somewhere offscreen).
