I haven't really been following this series, so who's the big 'bot behind Jetfire/ Skyfire on the last page shown?

Man, why is Jazz chest plate shaped like a Decepticon insignia?

Thats Broadside. Im really hoping he gets some page time in this ish. He played a small part in the international incident, but other than getting crashed into he didnt do a whole lot.
