Airachnid Not To Get An Action Figure Due To Copyright Issues?

As most of you do already know, Hasbro first decided not to use the the name Airachnid for Transformers: Prime, due to fact this name was already registered by another unknown toy company. Despite all that, Hasbro did changed their minds and finally used the name once again for the Transformers: Prime character, Airachnid, in which it is successfully happened. Does that really mean that Airachnid will never get an action figure due to copyright issues, or that even that if she really did, Hasbro really needs to change her name for the toyline only, while retaining her trademark name in the cartoon only? What are your thoughts?

Names of toys and names of TV show characters follow slightly different sets of rules. I suspect Hasbro will make use of a loophole for the name of the actual Airachnid toy, like they've done so many times in the past. Examples:
Beast Machines Noble/Savage: toy is named "Beast Changer"
Shockwave: some toys were named Shockblast

If hasbro/takara wanted to really make a toy out of it. they'd call it the following: Predacon Airachnid or decepticon airachnid or whatever.

They'll probably just stick "Decepticon" on the packaging, just like they do with every character they have a name problem with. Besides, last time I checked, they had a problem with "Roadbuster".
Doesn't appear to be a problem anymore.

Yes, the method Darth Bombshell suggests is pretty much what Hasbro's been doing with toys for the past few years. Especially with common names such as Hatchet, Brawl and Jazz.

It would be kinda cool to get a 1987 Tripple changer (robot, beast, vechicle) or BW Transmetal 1 voyager sized toy for TF Prime Airachnid.
To have a TF Prime airachnid toy that is voyager sized & tripple changer would be beyond cool. The spider legs would re-arange to form helicopter blades. imagine a robot mode,a spider mode & a helicopter mode.
I kinda want the toy to be voyager sized. because a deluxe sized tripple changer. would be made with less parts & tighter spaces on the toy. a voyager sized tripple changer airachnid toy would have more parts, more room, higher sculpt/detail.

But that doesn't work if the name has been claimed by another, rival toy company.

They'll likely re-name her Blackarachnia.

Nope it's not due to copyright or a different company having the rights to it.
The Trademark for Airachnid was not granted to Hasbro because of the following:
Not different enough from the word Arachnid for which Hasbro already had the trademark for.

So...different spelling?
