Yes!
Though, I really hope Galvatron II, Megatron, Shockwave, and Starscream don't return in these issues. Or at least, don't have them return so immediately. I say this because it was Ratchet or took all four of them out by himself, also having to sacrifice both the Ark and himself in the process. It was really irking how Galvatron II survived the Ark crash and then the G.I. Joe/G2 comics revealed Megatron to have survived as well, and then brought Starscream back to life too. And then Shockwave still lives in both the Classics comics and in some UK-only future timelines.
All these post-Ark crash appearances by these four make Ratchet's noble sacrifice seem to have been in vain, and he was one of the best characters in the Marvel G1 comics. I don't want these guys to return so soon because such sudden reappearances by them would diminish Ratchet's achievement of taking out four Decepticon leaders all by himself.

I am so pumped for this. I followed the Marvel Comics as a kid more so than the cartoon series, so this is dear to my heart.

There were no Sparks in the Marvel G1 comics. Or rather, the Spark concept did note exist until the Beast Wars cartoon, as it was an idea created by Larry DiTillio and Bob Forward.

I know they(sparks)were not called that until Beast Wars

No one does. It's just some more of the canon absurdity that Budiansky put into that issue.
